Welcome to Maine!
We are so excited to share this incredibly special state with all of you! In a small town of 3,000, there aren’t many options but read below as we steer you in the right direction.
Things to Do
- Grab some sun! Head to Gooch’s, Gooserocks, and Parson’s Beach and enjoy a quintessential New England beach day (just be sure to check the tides!)
- Explore the coast of Maine. Grab a boat, kayak, or canoe rental from Kennebunkport Marina and keep your eye out for seals.
- Cruise around town. Many of the local hotels have bikes available for guests. Cycle into the port and grab a bite, or ‘take the scenic route’ and swing by the Bush Compound for breathtaking views.
Dining
Sure, Yelp is great, but check out Aisling and Joel’s recommendations below for a local opinion. If you’ve got a car and don’t mind the drive, head up to Portland for award-winning restaurants on every corner.
